[FIX] Stuck in Teamwin Recovery A890 S/L/K

There have been a number of users reported that after the recent 200MB OTA update, their A890 is now stuck at TeamWin recovery. The reason is their ROM is SphinX, and rooted. Therefore, for any devices (not only A890), if you are running a custom ROM with rooted, please do not update your device via OTA. For safety reason, it is recommended that you should delete the skystation.apk if it exists.
According to Choimobile.com and Vegaviet.com, there are a few solutions for this, and some users reported that they were successful. So you can try them for yourself
Solution #1 (Simple, recommended)
Download this file, reboot your device to fastboot mode (hold Volume UP + Volume DOWN + Power, then navigate to fastboot, press power to choose), then run fix_A890_recovery_stuck.bat
Solution #2
Flash stock recovery 3e via Teamwin . Copy the recovery below to your external SD card, flash the recovery below in TWRP

[A890] Root and Recovery for VEGA Secret Note KitKat

This will guide you to root and install recovery for your Pantech VEGA A890 S/L/K running latest official KitKat firmware
As always, make sure your have the drivers to connect your phone to your PC and download some files

Choose the right root and recovery tool for your version (S, L or K) (in GoogleDrive page below, From menu File ==> Choose Download)

4) Power off your device, Hold Volume (+), Volume (-) and Power to go into Fastboot mode, Connect your phone to the PC, waiting for drivers to be installed
5) Unzip the root and recovery tool downloaded above, Run RunFastboot.bat, the device will reboot into Recovery.
6) When you want to exit the Recovery, it will ask you whether you want to root your device, choose Yes. Your device will reboot and ROOTED.

This will guide you to root and install CWM recovery for Pantech VEGA A890s all versions (S/L/K)
How to

4) Unzip the file above, Open the folder Root&Recovery_JB4.2.2_A890S/L/K, run CAI DAT.exe. Do the followings step by step:
- Press 1 for Root.
- Press 2 for installation of CWM Recovery.
- Press 3 to exit, the device will restart automatically.
