• V-touch: not working and will not likely work in any CM-based ROM

How to flash :

• Download ROM
• Put the zip file in internal or external SD
• Using this Recovery (flash via your current recovery):

Official KitKat 4.4.2 for VEGA No.6 S/L/K BINX files

As I mention in the previous post, BINX is the safest way to upgrade your VEGA device to a completely new generation of Android (ICS to Jelly Bean, Jelly Bean to KitKat).
if you have a slow internet connection, you better download BINX file separately and put into the temp folder then follow then method described in Step 7 of this post.

Warning: This is not an official ROM, this is a ROM ported to A860L/S/K by Syhost.
Currently, Youtube does not work properly (Video breaks) – FIXED, see below!

1) Wifi: ok

2) Bluetooth: ok (Sometimes Bluetooth disconnects and reconnects)

3) 2G / 3G: ok

4) SMS: ok, including long SMS

5) GPS: ok

6) Camera: ok (Photo taking is OK, Video recording may need to restart to store the files )

7) GPU control: ok

8) Sound, microphone etc.: Ok

10) Proximity sensor  : ok

11) Light sensor: ok

12) Gyroscope: ok

13) Video playback: ok

14) Touch screen: ok

15) OTG: not fully functional, mouse is ok but usb disk does not mount

16) WFD (Wireless Display): Unknown

17) MTP and USB connection: ok

18) NFC: ok

19) Wifi and Bluetooth tethering: OK

20) Vibration: ok, but Vibration patterns do not work

Update August 15th To fix Youtube video problem:

- Use any root browser apps, go to system/ and open build.prop, change the value as below

mm.enable.smoothstreaming=false

[VEGA 860L/S/K] Original stock ROM via online update

If you mess up with the ROMs, many problems could happen and in many cases, return to original stock ROM will solve the problems. For Pantech VEGA A860L/S/K, you can return to latest stock ROM following these steps

1) Backup your data, fully charge your phone. Install drivers for your PC

2) Go to SW upgrade mode: Holding Power + Volume UP + Volume DOWN at the same time, then using the power button to choose the first option
3) Go to this website using INTERNET EXPLORER (not Firefox or Chrome)

4) Click like in the image below

Accept active X installation if any.
Waiting, the upgrade process will take minutes to hours depending on your internet connection. After that, the phone will reboot itself, you will have the latest stock
